Who We Are
Behind every case is a team of experienced technicians across our fixed, removable, and orthodontic departments, backed by office staff and case support who handle scheduling, pickups, and questions, so your office always has someone to call. Your account is handled by the same technicians case after case, which is how your shade, contact, and occlusion preferences stay consistent without being re-explained.
We combine hands-on bench work with a digital CAD/CAM workflow. Cases arrive as intraoral scans or physical impressions, are designed digitally, and the case file stays on record, so a remake or a second unit starts from the original design rather than a new impression.
We build with FDA-listed materials, and we publish our turnaround times and warranty terms on every product page. Pickup and delivery run Monday through Friday across the San Gabriel Valley and greater Los Angeles, and we accept shipped cases from practices throughout California and neighboring states; request a starter kit on the Getting Started page to open an account.
